Private pay offers straightforward pricing, greater control over personal information, and treatment guided by clinical need rather than insurance rules. This removes the requirement for a formal mental health diagnosis. This puts you, the client, first, and treatment can be personalized without the diagnosis driving it. 

HSA/FSA cards/accounts can be utilized for counseling.
