Care for Counselors

At Hope Healing, we strive for quality care not only for our clients but also for our counselors. We are structured as a private practice and carry a ministry heart. We are building a practice that envisions quality counseling care centered on Christ.

• Are you looking for something different than a community mental health position with ridiculously high client loads for poor compensation?

• Do you want the convenience of a private practice schedule without the headache of managing your own taxes, and be paid for hours beyond the clinical hour? Counselors are W-2 employees (options exist for licensed individuals for independent contractor status on a case-by-case basis).

• Are relationships important to you, and do you desire to work with other counselors?

• Are you sick of the “big machines” out there hiring tons of counselors, and you feel tired, and on your own, trying to manage all the things in your own business?

• Are you a new (or seasoned) clinician who desires mentorship and/or support? Supervision is provided for pre-licensed counselors!

• Do you want to grow in your ability to integrate faith into your counseling approach?
