Surviving the Season: A Holiday Anxiety Support Group
You Don't Have to Face the Holidays Alone
This time of year can bring a lot of joy for some people. But for many, it can be a time of hardship. Maybe you are grappling with family dynamics that are challenging to navigate. Perhaps you are dealing with feelings of grief and loneliness around the holidays. Or maybe you find yourself striving to please everyone throughout the holiday season, overwhelmed by the pressure to host and keep others happy.
You do not have to carry the weight of holiday stress and anxiety by yourself. Whether your holiday anxiety is a new challenge or something you have carried for years, you might feel prepared to take meaningful steps toward healthier coping strategies alongside a supportive community that understands your experience.
This group offers a supportive environment to navigate holiday stress and chronic anxiety, explore complex family dynamics, and process feelings of loneliness. We value your unique story and the struggles you face during this time of year. We also value your faith walk with Christ. Our work is centered on authentic human connection and the intentional integration of the Gospel with clinically informed therapeutic interventions.
